Georg Edler

Bartolomeo Giuseppe Guarneri (1698-1744), grandson of Andrea Guarneri (1626-1698), founder of the Guarneri family.
He is popularly known by the nickname Del Gesu.

In contrast to the magnificent tone of the master Antonio Stradivari, its bold tone never failed to captivate famous performers such as Paganini and Heifetz.
