Plamen Edrev

Born in Kazanlak, Bulgaria in 985.
His father is Edrio Edrev, also a leading violinmaker, and his reputation as a plamen Edrev maker has recently grown significantly.
Plamen Edrev graduated from the violin making school in Cremona, Italy in 1995 under the guidance of Giorgio Ce and Wanna Zambelli, and honed his skills with Massimo Negroni.
He won a prize at the 11th Cremona Triennal (a string instrument making competition) and opened his own workshop in Cremona, Italy.
He continues to sell the instruments he makes all over the world, and is one of the young artists who is attracting increasing attention.
