




Steffen Kuhnla
Born in 1961.
He began studying bow making under R. Messing and Michael Thomae in Markneukirchen, Germany.
After that, he traveled around Germany to continue his training, and was particularly influenced by CO Durrschmidt and RH Leicht.
He obtained his master's qualification in 1988 and opened his own workshop in Bad Brambach in 1989.
In 2007, he won three awards in the bow making category at the International Tchaikovsky Competition, including violin, viola, and cello bows.
It is a wonderful manufacturer whose talent has been recognized worldwide.
