Rudolf Neudorfer

Neudorfer / Germany / 弓

Born in 1936.
He studied bow making at the School of Bow Making in Schönbach, Germany, and obtained his master's qualification in 1966.
He then worked under O. Seifert until 1968, and then under S. Finkel in Switzerland until 1973.
In 1973, he became independent by taking over E. Werner's workshop in Bubenreuth, Germany.
He produced bows with such excellent skill that he won awards at the VSA competitions held in the United States in 1980 and 1982.
He has now retired from bow making, but Neudorfer bows, made with high-quality craftsmanship, are extremely valuable items.
