Lothar Seifert

The SEIFERT company was founded in 1932 by Osker Seifert.
His son Lother learned bow making from his father and worked at the SEIFERT workshop in Bubenreuth.
In 1962, Lother also obtained his master's qualification.
After Osker passed away in 1976, he took over the workshop and has since produced a wide range of bows, from standard to high-class.
Currently, production continues under the direction of Lother's son Norbert and other masters from the Seifert family.
We have a wide range of products, from violin fractional bows to double basses.
