Jules Fetique
He began studying bow making under Emile MIQUEL and eventually began working in the workshop of Charles Nicolas BAZIN.
His brother, Victor Fetique, also worked in the same workshop.
At the age of 27, he began working for Eugene Sartory.
His work from this period was heavily influenced by Sartory.
Under the guidance of such 20th century masters as CNBAZIN and E. Sartory, his talent blossomed and he became a manufacturer worthy of being honored by the French government.
He worked in various workshops, but spent a long time working for Caressa & Francais, and some of his works can be seen bearing the Caressa & Francais stamp.
After leaving Caressa & Francais, he went independent at the age of 59. Around this time, he became influenced by Pecatte style bows.
